Prefect Election :
- 18th June 2018 (Mon.) – Submission of application for prefects
- 19th June 2018 (Tues.) – Interview of the applicants and announcement of selected candidates.
- 21st June 2018 (Thurs.) – Election for the prefects.
Captain and Vice Captain Elections :
- 25th June 2018 (Mon.) – Submission of applications
- 26th June 2018(Tues.) – Interview of the applicants and announcement of selected candidates.
- 27th June 2018(Wed.) – Election for Captain and Vice Captain and handing over ceremony.

Parents :
- Apart from the games mentioned above all the students taking coaching for any other games should report to the sports teacher before 10th July 2018. (Tuesday)
Students :
- For swimming and Athletics events students should bring their timing/performance of their events along with coach signature, name and mobile number.
- After selection student must fill the given ‘Entry Form’ provided in the Student’s Diary.
