Green School: “SWACCH PURASKAR” by Pune Muncipal Corporation 2018.
“Eco Friendly School” environmental activities are projected via different ventures like
Arti Bio Gas: Unique project installed in the year 2006. The gas generated is used in the science lab for heat related experiments.
Rainwater harvesting: Water harvested in monsoon season is collected in a huge tank and utilized for gardening and other purposes. Also connected to charge bore well.
Vermicompost, Installed in the year 1996. The manure is utilized for school’s garden.
Our successful participation in the competitions organized by Eco-folks, Save the planet, Vanrai etc. has made us more competent. Considering the extra ordinary contribution of our school in environmental field,
school proudly crowns with Award:
- Nisargsevak Award in the year 2001.
